This is an obvious fake. You can see that the smaller ship was photoshopped into the picture.

In the main picture the sun is to the west, casting shadows on the east of everything. The smaller boat's wheelhouse is casting a shadow on itself to the south and no shadow on the water to it's east as like other ships.

Not to mention you can actually see some text ("2008 google") that is partially faded out when you zoom in on the south end of the small ship. LOL

Hard to believe this was posted. I bet the person who 'shopped it got a good laugh!

The images come from Google Maps, not some person with a sense of humour and a version of Photoshop on their computer. It does look like a fake but it is a mixture of Google Maps images that have created this transient error. Take the Google Map "down arrow" four clicks South and you will see what I mean. Look around the wharves and you will see at least two other boats apparently sinking, on the Eastern side of the picture. Also, the water is a mixture of two or more images, one high resolution and other image of a lower resolution. The reflections of the Sun on the water are different too.
