The Audi Factory is to the south of this starting point. The city of Ingolstadt is just south of the factory. Ingolstadt is two parts.. "new" and "old" city. The old section is surrounded by walls and a moat, with the Danube River flowing on it's banks. I visited this wonder city in 1999 and stayed at the Youth Hostel off Friedhofstrasse. Can you find the two castles located on both sides of Rossmuhlstrasse? I will always remember Ingolstadt!Wed May 10 15:14:19 -0700 2006 |
