Unknown Navy Vessel, possibly Aircraft Carrier?

I don't think it is an aircraft carrier, it isn't the right shape and it has some objects on the deck that would preclude planes from landing. Also, it is about 130 meters (425 feet). The USS Hornet a WWII-era carrier, is over 246 meters (809 feet) in length. The more modern Nimitz Class supercarriers are 333 meters (1097 feet) long.
