From: ShadrackKK, this is not HMAS Nirimba. It is Richmond RAAF Base. See the latest entry for Australia and it shows HMAS Nirimba at Quakers Hill. Your memory is a little fuzzy after 40 years.........

From: KKHi Shadrack, if you go to the Map where its shows Quakers Hill, and then click the Satellite images you can clearly see HMAS Nirimba, part of which was Scofields airfield. My memory not fuzzy after all. Anyway great to read your comments!

This Google Map is clearly NOT HMAS Nirimba, Quakers Hill. It is Richmond RAAF Base, Richmond.
