some of the planes are f-14 tomcats, some f/a 18 hornets and the majority are f-22.s

Not 22s. AF flies 22s, and this part of VA is heavy Navy.

Most of those would be 14s and 18s

Langley Air Force Base is an Air Force Base near Hampton, VA, and yes, some of those are F22's.

Sorry to disappoint you, but this picture is several years old (pre-hurricane Isabel...) and Langley didn't have F-22s yet. The aircraft in the picture are F-15Cs and Ds of the 1st Fighter Wing.

The wing is currently in transition to the F-22 (they've got 20+ now) so hopefully, when this picture is next updated, you'll get to see the F-22A Raptor.
