At 64 28 01.18 N 40 43 23.83 E is Talagi airport, just northeast of Arhangelsk Russ.I was there in 94, 97 and 2000. In 94 and 97 there were fighters at the east end of the airport. They could be in the air in less then 5 min.I was told.
