Official City Tours

The city's museum tour includes visits to the Memorial da América Latina, Pinacoteca do Estado, Museu de Arte Sacra, Museu de Arte Moderna (MAM) and the Museu de Arte de São Paulo (MASP). On the weekend the tour also includes a visit to the Memorial do Imigrante. The tour is free but there is a charge for entering the museums, with a 50% discount for tour members. Tour buses leave Barra Funda every hour on the hour, from 9.30am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Sunday. More information available at Av. São Luis, 115 or Tel: 2314405
There are also tours leaving from Praca da Republica, in front of Rua 7 de Abril, every Sunday. Prices are R$ 5,00 for adults and R$ 2,00 for children, students and senior citizens. For more information call 69715000.
The following are some of the routes.


Ecological Tour
(Every Sunday From 9.30am to 2.30pm)

1) Parque Burle Marx or Autódromo de Interlagos and Sesc Interlagos
2) Centro Ecológico do Tietê and Parque do Piqueri
3) Pico do Jaraguá and Parque do Ibirapuera
4) Parque da Independência and the Zoo

Tours are alternated each week between the four options.
