Members' dining is in the Chipping Norton Dining room. Alternatively you could entertain your guests in a private venue such as the Hobartville or Sky High rooms. Race goers can book a table in the Chipping Norton Room or dine at the second floor Bistro. Marquees are also available on the Macquarie or Poplar Lawn areas. To assist with your planning, entrance tickets and race books can be pre-arranged.

We would be happy to arrange a beverage package for you and your guests consisting of red, white and sparkling wines, Tooheys beer, mineral water and soft drinks, served from 1200 noon until half an hour after the last Sydney Race. A cost of $35.00 per person would be applicable.

Private Room

Private function rooms for race days are available in Warwick Farm’s JHB Carr Stand. The rooms offer panoramic racecourse views, private tote facilities and television monitors to view all local and interstate races.

The Private Room package includes:

• Sumptuous buffet luncheon, dessert and afternoon tea
• Selection of Australian white, red and sparkling wines
• Tooheys beer, soft drinks, mineral water and orange juice
• Race book and AJC souvenir pen
• Car parking

Cost for the package is $144.00 per adult based on a minimum of 100 guests.

Private or Corporate marquee
Marquees can be arranged on the Macquarie or Poplar lawns at Warwick Farm Racecourse. Your guests can enjoy the atmosphere within their own private marquee overlooking the famous straight and the beautiful gardens.
