That is The mighty Mo', the USS Missouri. She was towed here after retirement as a floating museum. The USS Arizona mored a little to the north represents the beginning of WW2 for the US while the USS Missouri, where the terms of surrender were signed by the Japanese, marks the end.

cool! I actually remember when the Mo was being towed back to Hawaii for that mooring. It came from up this way (puget sound).
