ravendark, I hadn't even heard of this show, but I went to the Farm once. A classic car club I was in was invited there. At the time, the cowboy town was under construction. I remember meeting Matt Roloff, going through the tunnel into the barn (incredible barn, great for entertaining), etc.

You have no clue how freaking hard it was to find this place. The farm's website doesn't have addresses just directions. I took some info and some extra digging and got their street name. Once i got that it was a slam dunk.

I'm not sure how we originally heard about them, but my wife stumbled across their new show and watches as much of the episodes as she can. She's talking about going up their this Halloween to see their farm and get a pumpkin from their patch. Her family lives up around Gresham so it wouldn't be just for that.

Because I forgot the first time to post this piece of info, and also because I subsequently LOST it, I went looking and found the farms address. Its 23985 NW Grossen Dr. in Hillsboro. The farm's phone number is 503.295.7890. Enjoy!

What are we supposed to be seeing here? Just somebody's farm? Looks like about a million other farms!

Hi there, enjoy Roloff's Saturday night program, and when ever we can catch it during the week. Have found them to be full of energy and great ideas. Would love to visit their farm in Hillsboro. Its a pretty drive up the back roads from the Eugene area. Thanks so much.

I have been watching the Rolloffs and I must say that I am so tired of seeing Mrs Rolloff disrespecting Mr roloff. I see that the kids are beginning to do the same. What a shame that theyre not learning from their father... rather then the mother

I love the Little People, Big World series. I just wonder when they are going to get sick of the world looking at them like they're living in a fish bowl. Although I have learned alot and are more appreciative of what Little People go thru and how little different they are in terms of what every person and family go thru. I shouldn't have expected anything less. Just a confirmation of how I've always felt. It's just nice to see it out there.

But there was a comment about Amy needing to be more respectful of her husband...sorry, but Matt needs to be less controlling and picky. And more focused. I think HE should listen to Amy more. She's practical, completes the tasks put before her and pretty much keeps the family grounded...typical wife, mother and woman. I know I can put myself exactly in her shoes in that respect. I think she's amazing.

Yo friend this is the J man. The litte people show is the best show I have ever seen. The thing I don't understand is that in every show Matt seems to go buy a new mule or a "toy". I don't understand how they can afford all of this stuff and pay for the necessary needs of the childern and the farm. Camerono there mexican helper is on like every show. I wish I was that guy!! Oh by the way the two people who talked about Amy above are a s s e s!! Don't believe them. The family is a great and loving family that has a tv show to show the world about little people..

I have fallen in love with this family! Their farm is a place I would love to live. These kids don't know how lucky they are to live there. Most kids only dream of growing up in a wanderful place like this. I agree with the comment about Amy disrespecting Matt, especially in front of the children. Thats why they don't have any respect for him. Dr. Phil would be all over that. Matt doesn't get the credit he desrves. He's intelligent, motivated a loving father and very loving husband. He adores Amy. His parents are so loving too. I don't think Amy likes them too much. But she's the one with the attitude. I like Amy, but she 's got issues that she needs to deal with. She thinks she's perfect. She's a long way from being the person that Matt is.

I look forward each week to watch the show, now on Mon. night that I'll be watching in a few minutes. I just love the show, the kids, the parents. I love Matt, he's so good and kind to his children and his mind is always churning up new ideas. Amy, I love her too, even if she is a little bossy at times. The family has a lot to contend with, just being little people and no one know what it would be like until they walked in their shoes. For me, I love them all and hope someday to visit Oregan just to see them. I hope the show stays on forever.

Lil People, Big World is showing in Sydney, Australia now. I love watching it!! There are family issues but typical ones, we here can all relate!! Amy has a beautiful, maternal spirit. Life hasn't always been perfect, they talk about having difficult times and because Dan has so many eggs is so many baskets... I totally understand why Amy has to stretch her patience. Nevertheless, it's a family that loves each other. Children are fun and can slip now and then with comments but all kids do... just don't expect the PERFECT family that's why I love the show!! I love the inlaws too.. hey if you have your inlaws living up the road it would be too much. I sense Amy just needs some distance now and then. She has a lot of common sense & Dan needs that at times. I love the show, I'm glad they filmed it. Opens the world to little people. I feel so inspired by their lives, tbecause they LIVE IT regardless. From down under, it's a wonderful look at the American life. Brings back all the values we believe American have. (Beats Simple Life!!)
To the Rolloffs, thank you for sharing a part of your lives with us downunder.
God Bless,
Jocelyn from Aussie

Hi, I am another Australian absolutely loving this new show. I caught the last 2 episodes of the first series and am so excited that season 2 has started. I love the farm, the different themes for each show. I get inspired when Matt comes up with another new plan to extend and improve the farm and I love watching Amy's reactions to his new projects. I have developed a much better understanding and admiration for little people and their everyday challenges.I will definitely look at my own life and day to day chores differently after watching the show. Does anyone know of a website directly linked to the Roloff family. I'd like to tell them personally how they inspire me. Thanks

you know what i love about this show, they show the real way most families are. their house is not spotless, especially with 4 kids. i don't feel so bad about my house being scattered with my 3 kids junk. most other shows, their houses look like a model house, not at all like the real world. i love this show, the kids act like kids, they misbehave, they fight, amy and matt argue, it's great. finally a show that is not cookie cutter reality show. also the disrespect comment was stupid, i mean since when can't a woman tell her husband what a pain he is being, that is not being disrespectful, just the truth. i love amy's attitude, you go girl. disrespect! hmph! what a chauvenistic comment! besides matt has his smarty comments for amy.

I love the show and record and play it back sometimes more than once. I like the reality of their life style because I can relate. I am not a little people but the everyday household happenings are for real. I would like to visit the farm this fall.

Matt, Amy & family,

I just found out of Mike’s passing, please let me send you my deepest sympathy. Every time I see your family have an accident it hurts me also. I had my share of time in the Emergency room while I was growing up. We went to the hospital so many times I thought we going to get on their Christmas card list.

I watch your show most regularly. I love what you have done on your ranch, all the old time buildings, the pumpkin patch. I love to watch all our projects and the hassles in building them.

In thinking of your Old Time Town, do you have a “Old Time White Church”. I think that would be a great addition to the town.

Sincerely
Denise L. Shaw
